So I’ve just celebrated another birthday…….is it a whole year since the last one? Now I have a dilemma. My lovely sister (who shares my birthday but we are not twins!) gave me a beautiful looking book called The Secret Children by Alison McQueen. My adorable son bought me a book by Kiran Desai called The Inheritance of Loss. And my wonderful husband bought me a Kindle paperlight!!!! Having just finished The City of Joy which is inspirational and highly recommended, what do I read next? Oh the anticipation is almost as good as reading a brilliant book.
I need to download some reads for my holidays…any suggestions most welcome.
